Omni association manual De Kieviten website

On the new website of Omnivereniging De Kieviten, all members have a personal agenda and it is possible to share information with each other especially for members. For example, on the team pages you can exchange information with each other, share photos and send messages. You see information that is not publicly accessible.

But also in other places on the website it may happen that information is only accessible to members, volunteers or employees. We therefore recommend that you log in.

 

Logging in for the first time:
You can log in with your personal email address which is known to De Kieviten. Click on "log in" at the top right of the Kieviten logo. Enter your email address, do not enter a password and click on the link "forgotten?"

You will then receive a password to the linked email address. Use this first password to log in. If you copy the password, make sure you do not copy spaces.On the new website of Omnivereniging De Kieviten, all members have a personal agenda and it is possible to share information with each other especially for members. Change Password:
As soon as you log in with the first password, you must change it immediately. The new password must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least 2 numbers. Confirm the new password and click on "save". In the future you can log in with this new password.

User / email address unknown:
A number of situations arise:

1 If you are a member and your e-mail address is unknown or incorrect (so you cannot log in): send an e-mail to administration@kieviten.nl and clearly state your name, address, date of birth and in which team you play or what kind of member you are. Also clearly indicate if there are other family members who are members or otherwise known to the Kieviten (eg as Volunteer). We can then update this in the member information system and will answer you when it is done. After this message you can log in as discussed above.

2 You are not a member yourself, but a parent / person who performs a voluntary function:

Send an email to administration@kieviten.nl and clearly state your name, address, date of birth and indicate what kind of volunteer position you perform. The membership administration will check whether you are in the system. If this is not the case, we will send you a message with the request to register via the new website (membership / registration form) and indicate which volunteer position you perform in the comments.

3 You are not a member, you are not a volunteer, but you are the parent / carer of a child who is a member: send an email toministration@kieviten.nl and clearly indicate which child in which team you are parent. Your email address will then be added to the child's relationship card and you will be notified. Then you can log in to the website.

If there are any questions and / or uncertainties about this, you can always send an email administration@kieviten.nl.

Am I logged in?

If you have successfully logged in, the login area has changed. You will then see the Account button instead of a login button.

Personal information:
If you press the button above "Account", the buttons below will appear, in which you can view and change your personal details. You will then also see which invoices (not shown) you have received and which, if any, have not been paid.

If you do not want other members who are logged in to see your address, telephone number or e-mail address, you can indicate this in the Privacy settings.

N.B. Non-members do not have access to your address details, e-mail address and / or telephone number 

 

 

 

Do not forget to press the "Send" button to save the data.

 

Personal agenda
If you are logged in you also have access to a personal calendar. At the moment the personal calendar only contains match matters related to Hockey or Tennis. 

Navigation through the website:

On the homepage you can retrieve more and more specific information by means of the section pages and the use of menu buttons..

Above the menu, on the right of the screen, are the various sections that apply within the Lapwing. The section in which one is located is slightly lighter in color. The website opens in the General section, after which you can choose Hockey, Tennis or Golf.

Once in a section you can continue navigating via the menu buttons.

Postings of articles on the website:

On each team page there is also a Team News section, which is maintained by the coach / team leader / team manager of the respective team. These people are also listed on their own team page. If someone wants to post something on their own team page, send this to one of them.

Reservation of posting:

The board of De Kieviten reserves the right to prohibit the posting of articles or to remove messages that have already been posted without giving any reason.

This will happen if the article conflicts with the interests of De Kieviten or is contrary to the standards and values ​​of De Kieviten.

Copyright:

It is not allowed to copy or reproduce articles that have been placed on the website without prior permission from De Kieviten. Permission can be requested from the board administration@kieviten.nl

Use logo:

 It is also not allowed to copy and use the logo of Omnivereniging De Kieviten without explicit prior permission. Permission can only be obtained by e-mail by sending a request by e-mail to the board (bestuur@kieviten.nl). are delivered. Other use of this logo is not permitted.
